Complex PCI - Live (worshop with Dr Meyer Gessner, Dusseldorf)

PCI of atypical coronaries (ectatic, aneurysmatic, caliber mismatch) remains challenging for interventional cardiologists. Conventional catheter techniques often reach limits. Overexpansion or malapposition are strong predictors for perforations and stent thrombosis.
At the Augusta Krankenhaus, we use several techniques to offer customized interventions for these challenging cases. We would like to share them with advanced interventional cardiologists. Please bring along your own interesting cases for a team discussion.
