ABOUT STENTYS

Founded in 2006, STENTYS has advanced significantly in only a few years through fast execution with the aim of becoming the market leader in heart attack stents.

In 2006, STENTYS partnered with Venture Capital firm Sofinnova to finance the start of its ambitious clinical trial program. After its initial success, STENTYS decided to further expand its clinical program and added Scottish Equity Partners (SEP) and Credit Agricole Private Equity (CAPE) as additional institutional investors in 2008 and 2009.

Today, STENTYS has transformed into a truly global company with headquarters based in Paris, France, and with an R&D centre in Princeton, New Jersey. STENTYS received CE-Marking for its bare metal and its drug-eluting stents in 2010. STENTYS has commenced operations in several European countries including the Netherlands, Germany and Italy.
